REFRESHER COURSE
FIC AND ALL ASSOCIATED WITH THE PASSION OF THE GOURMET KITCHEN:
MONDAY 14 March 2011 at 15.00 at the Institute of Pesaro Hotel Santa Marta will take a refresher course, held by chef Nicola BINDINO, creator of the Academy Barilla, and present director and executive chef of the restaurant company representative Parmacotto.
The laboratory will provide for, Emiliana traditional recipes revisited in a modern and some hints on quality, strengths and weaknesses of extra virgin olive oil and also the combination in confectionery.
The cost of the meeting will be € 10.00.
We also announce that Sunday, March 20, 2011 at 16:00 at the cathedral of Ancona will take place on the procession and Mass on the occasion of the feast of our Patron Saint Francesco Caracciolo, whose casket will be carried on shoulders by the chefs at Le Marche.
