Recurring Bumps In Pubic Region

Students See How we intend to tell you what happens in the Conservatory, is one of the main goals of this blog.
The governing body of the Conservatory where representatives of the students belong (Look beyond the course) are the Board of Directors (one student, Paul Cognetti) and the Academic Council (two students, Luisa Valeria Carpignano and Luca Di Bernardo).
We explain briefly why is it important these organs. The Board of Directors
sets out the objectives and programs of the administration along the lines of operation and development of teaching, research and production as defined by the Academic Council, defines the implementation of the economic lines of the institution. The Academic Council
program educational activities, scientific, artistic and research. Ensures the monitoring and control of these activities, sets policy intervention and development of teaching, research and production.
In this post I tell you briefly what has been discussed in the last Academic Council on 19 July. It was an intense day's work, in which we discussed very important issues.

New President of Conservatory

Director announced that the new president of the Conservatory is the lawyer Giampiero Basile, the Academic Council expressed thanks Lawyer Ettore D'Elia (outgoing president) for his work in these years.

programming activities
2010/2011 academic year has faced a lengthy discussion on the activities scheduled for the next academic year (concerts, productions, workshops, book presentations). The cut of 50% to fund Institute (decided by the Ministry Education) will unfortunately (inevitably) the consequences for students.
Of the four concertos for soloist and orchestra that the Conservatory was created last year, it will probably make one. As students we have expressed our disappointment in the cancellation of concerts for soloist and orchestra and other activities will lead to a decline in learning and performing essential for students.
We also expressed our indignation over the issue of cuts and announced that the consultation of students is studying the possibility of organizing protests

pre-academic training courses
Director Paul Biordi outlined the guidelines for the pre-academic training courses, from the next academic year the courses will replace the old system. These guidelines were discussed by a Commission consisting of some Conservatives and Directors of Institutes break even (which is also part of our Director) and will be used to draw up a regulation course. This
to answer a recurring question: what will happen to traditional courses? WORK IN PROGRESS whose name is just "pre-academic training, but the structure in detail is yet to be determined. One certainty is: will the objective to prepare young musicians for access to three years. You will still soon as news from November next year.
